Beaver Creek Solar
Beaver Creek is a town community near the Alaska-Yukon border with approximately 100 people. It’s
home to the White River First Nation, Beaver Creek is an off-grid community that relies on diesel fuel to
power and heat the settlementcommunity. BBA is supporting the Copper Niisüü Limited Partnership
(CNLP) in designing and building a 1.9 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) plant with a 4 MWh battery energy
storage system (BESS), which will power the Beaver Creek community.
